This innovative program will bring together bankruptcy and restructuring advisors, attorneys and other practitioners for an afternoon of informative programming on the healthcare industry’s current issues, trends and developments.

This panel will discuss the current state of play and outlook for the healthcare industry, including address the key trends, characteristics, drivers, and factors impacting the industry and sub-sectors. Gain the insights and perspective of an experienced lender on the desirable industry factors prompting investment in healthcare as well as learn about the current challenges and other considerations causing concerns and caution. The panel will address the current headwinds, challenges, and opportunities in the industry as well as provide their perspective on several of the subsectors, including make predictions for the outlook for M&A transactions, PE investment, financings, and distress and bankruptcy activity for 2025.
