"Fee Guidelines: What Input Can I Have?"
The U.S. Trustee Program's Fee Guidelines applicable to attorneys in larger cases were issued in June 2013 after two comment periods and one public meeting. Similar guidelines for financial advisors and accountants are being developed and the U.S. Trustee Program is interested in your thoughts.
This presentation will provide a brief overview of the existing Guidelines for attorneys and will center on a highly interactive discussion with the audience of the issues and concerns about future guidelines applicable to financial advisors and accountants. The recommendations and concerns provided by the audience will be provided to the U.S. Trustee Program for consideration.
