KRISTEN E. BURGERS is a principal with Hirschler Fleischer in its northern Virginia office.  Kristen’s diverse practice includes representation of debtors, creditors, and trustees in complex chapter 11 and chapter 7 business bankruptcies.  She also represents lenders, capital providers, and borrowers in commercial real estate financing transactions and work-outs, as well as landlords and tenants in commercial leases.  She graduated magna cum laude from the George Mason University School of Law and clerked for the Hon. Robert G. Mayer of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, Alexandria Division.
