Ann Hughes is a senior managing director at Coherent Economics with expertise in solvency, fraudulent conveyance, valuation, post-merger disputes and bankruptcy related matters. She has been retained as both a consulting expert on numerous engagements and recently testified before the Delaware Chancery Court on the application of generally accepted accounting principles in a seller’s financial statements.  In addition to being a licensed CPA and CFA charterholder, Ann received her M.B.A in finance and strategy from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. in accounting from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana.
