Focus Management Group is typically called into service by the principal lender(s) for companies experiencing either tremendous growth or financial performance issues. FMG’s function is to quickly assess the strengths and liabilities of the client company, develop a timely and cost-effective plan to protect or grow the company’s assets, and then execute the plan as a function of the consulting contract. In addition to crisis management roles, Juanita has also been involved in a number of insolvency cases involving publicly traded and privately held companies. In that work, she has represented both creditors and debtors through liquidations and reorganizations.   Juanita has served in a variety of restructuring roles at client companies, including CRO, CFO, CEO, and financial advisor.  In addition to bankruptcy expertise, Juanita has served as a receiver, an assignee for the benefit of creditors (“ABC”), and as plan administrator for reorganizing debtors.

Juanita developed the training program for financial consultants and has been responsible for the training of all new financial consultants. In this capacity, she works with new consultants on each assignment and was responsible for the quality of the output of that assignment as well as being responsible for training the new consultant. She also developed the bankruptcy training program for Focus Management Group, including the checklists used to manage all bankruptcy assignments.

Juanita developed the templates used for the financial and operating reports on the subject businesses, known as the “Situation Analysis”. These templates included the financial spreadsheets, the tables analyzing performance and the written reports supplied to all stakeholders. These templates also included all questionnaires used with CEO’s, CFO’s, and COO’s. The result of utilizing this procedure is a “Situation Analysis Report” encompasses all aspects of operating and financial performance.

Juanita is responsible for quality control and project management for Focus Management Group.  In this capacity she utilizes her experience in lending, consulting and business management to assist consultants, lenders and clients in achieving the best possible outcomes.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Written cancellation for the conference or any excursions must be received by midnight on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 for a full refund less a $75 cancellation processing fee. No refunds will be granted after May 18, but substitutions will be allowed.
