Principal

Leigh is a principal in the firm’s Mass Torts Group and a member of the firm’s Executive Board. She is a trial lawyer who represents victims injured as a result of defective drugs, medical devices or consumer products. Leigh serves as Co-Lead Counsel in In re: Johnson & Johnson Talcum Powder Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 2738. She also represents members of the Tort Claimant Committees in the LTL Management, LLC and Imerys Talc America, Inc. bankruptcies.

Leigh is a member of the bars of the United States Supreme Court; the United States Circuit Courts for the Fifth Circuit, Eleventh Circuit, and Federal Circuit; the United States Court of Federal Claims, and the state of Alabama.  Leigh clerked for the Honorable Ira DeMent, United States District Judge for the Middle District of Alabama.  She earned her law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law where she served as Managing Editor of the Alabama Law Review.  Leigh earned her B.S. (accounting) from Auburn University.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Written cancellation for the conference or any excursions must be received by midnight on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 for a full refund less a $75 cancellation processing fee. No refunds will be granted after May 18, but substitutions will be allowed.
