David Grossman is the partner-in-charge of the Assurance Services group of the Firm’s Houston, Texas office, specializing in finance and accounting, mergers and acquisitions, SEC filings, IPOs, and venture capital. He has experience with both national and international corporations and has served clients in many industries, including energy, special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs), financial services, manufacturing, airline services, mining, telecommunication, technology, mortgage banking, software development, healthcare, and distribution.

Mr. Grossman is fluent in preparing statements for the SEC as well as both NASDAQ and NYSE, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q and S-1 registration statements. He is also well-versed in navigating Sarbanes-Oxley requirements to ensure that internal controls and procedures, including compliance testing, are in place and operating effectively. His background in both public accounting and private industry enables Mr. Grossman to closely identify with the financial executives he serves.

He joined Marcum in 2018 as the result of a merger with his predecessor firm, GBH CPAs, PC, where he was a founding shareholder and served as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to forming GBH, Mr. Grossman was a partner with a CPA firm focused on public company clients. He previously held executive-level financial and operations positions in diverse industries, including at a public global diversified resources company, a private telecommunication and technology start-up company, and a U.S. public company with international joint venture operations. He entered the accounting profession at a “Big Four” firm, where he advanced to senior audit manager over a 10-year career.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Written cancellation for the conference or any excursions must be received by midnight on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 for a full refund less a $75 cancellation processing fee. No refunds will be granted after May 18, but substitutions will be allowed.
