Brendan Joyce is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal North America’s automotive practice in Detroit. He specializes in providing financial and operational advisory services and solutions to companies and creditors.

Mr. Joyce has worked with clients across various industries, including aerospace, automotive and transportation, steel, distribution, food and beverage, manufacturing, marketing and advertising, power generation and energy, and retail.

Recently at A&M, Mr. Joyce provided advisory and interim management services to a manufacturing company that successfully raised funds to support near and long-term growth. He and his team developed a business plan, managed liquidity and communications with lenders and interested investors during the financing process. In addition, Mr. Joyce provided advisory services to FirstEnergy Solutions Corp. through their separation process from the parent company, that resulted in a financially stable independent power producer and retail energy provider with an investment-grade credit rating.

Mr. Joyce earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Michigan and an MBA and a master’s degree in economics from Wayne State University. He enjoys watching and coaching his children in their many activities.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Written cancellation for the conference or any excursions must be received by midnight on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 for a full refund less a $75 cancellation processing fee. No refunds will be granted after May 18, but substitutions will be allowed.
