Jim is a results-driven financial advisor with a passion for helping underperforming and distressed companies navigate their most complex and challenging situations. Jim has more than 20 years of experience in serving as an advisor or interim officer for large and middle-market clients by partnering with all levels of an organization, including C-suite executives and boards of directors, as well as with external stakeholders such as lenders, bondholders, and private-equity sponsors. Jim particularly excels at helping companies use financial and operational information to make data-driven decisions that support restructuring strategies, financial forecasts, and cost reduction programs.

Jim has an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and is a Certified Treasury Professional, a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor, and a Certified Turnaround Professional.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Written cancellation for the conference or any excursions must be received by midnight on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 for a full refund less a $75 cancellation processing fee. No refunds will be granted after May 18, but substitutions will be allowed.

National Registry of CPE Sponsors

"Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors" is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
