Matt Rahmani is an Executive Director in Perella Weinberg Partners’ advisory business. He focuses on advising companies, creditor groups, and investors on corporate restructurings, financings and mergers and acquisitions.
During his tenure at Perella Weinberg Partners, Matt has advised companies and boards on restructuring, M&A and financing transactions, including Concordia International, Del Monte, EB Holdings, Halcon Resources, iHeartMedia, Oasis Petroleum, and Vantage Drilling. Matt has also represented creditor groups and investors on transactions involving Diamond Offshore, Hexion, Ocean Rig, Peabody, Pyxus International, Salt Creek Midstream, Savers, Travel Leaders Group, Valaris, and VER Technologies.
Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners, Matt was at CIT Group from 2012 to 2016. While there, he was responsible for originating and investing in middle-market private debt and syndicated loans in the TMT and Gaming sectors. He began his career at Deloitte, participating in a rotation program through the strategy consulting and financial advisory groups.
Matt received a Bachelor’s of Science, with a double major in Accounting and Finance from Yeshiva University. Matt also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Written cancellation for the conference or any excursions must be received by midnight on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 for a full refund less a $75 cancellation processing fee. No refunds will be granted after May 18, but substitutions will be allowed.
