Vin has more than 25 years of investment banking and financial advisory experience across mergers and acquisitions, financings, and special situations. More recently, Vin has gained substantial experience in restaurants and led several in and out of court processes including Restaurants Unlimited, Bar Louie, CraftWorks and Café Fatz. Vin is also on the board of directors for Buffets / Hometown Buffets, Ryan’s, Fire Mountain Restaurants, Tahoe Joe’s, Food Management Partners, Il Mulino, amongst others.
Vin recently founded Brayford Advisors, a Board Advisory and Investment Banking firm. Prior to Brayford Advisors, Vin was a Partner / Managing Director at several investment banks including Lehman Brothers, Duff & Phelps, Alvarez & Marsal and Deloitte Corporate Finance. Vin spent the early part of his career at Arthur Andersen.
Vin received his M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern School of Business. He is a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder and a C.P.A. (Inactive; State of Colorado).
Vin is also a FINRA General Securities Registered Representative (Series 7, 63 and 24). Vin resides in New Jersey with his wife and two children.
