Doug Flahaut is a partner at Arent Fox LLP.  He focuses on business reorganizations, representation of chapter 7 and chapter 11 trustees, representation of creditors’ committees, and related business litigation matters. Doug is certified as a Business Bankruptcy Specialist by the American Board of Certification and is a Subchapter V trustee in the Central District of California.  Prior to joining Arent Fox LLP he clerked for the Honorable Robert N. Kwan and the Honorable Peter Carroll of the United States Bankruptcy Court for Central District of California and served as a staff attorney for the Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel.  He earned his JD from the UCLA School of Law.

Doug is the President of the James T. King Bankruptcy Inn of Court for the 2018-2019 year.  Recently Doug was appointed to a three year term on the Insolvency Law Committee of the Business Law Section of the California Lawyers Association.  He is also an active member of the Los Angeles Bankruptcy Forum, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Turnaround Management Association, and the Federal Bar Association.

No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 3 days prior to a webinar. Substitutions are allowed with written notice at least 3 days in advance of the webinar.
