Managing Director, Head of Lender Finance, Asset-Based Lending

Pat Lee is Managing Director and Head of Lender Finance within the Asset-Based Lending group at People’s United Bank. Pat is charged with growing the bank’s Lender Finance vertical in collaboration with its business development and portfolio management teams by helping design tailored solutions for Lender Finance borrowers nationally. Pat has been with the bank since 2016, bringing an extensive background in commercial lending to his role. In prior positions at GE Capital, Merrill Lynch Capital, Bank of America, and CIT, Pat gained experience across a range of functions and managerial roles in asset-based lending, leveraged cash flow lending, and restructuring finance. Pat holds a BA in economics and an MBA in finance from Rutgers University. He was also a licensed CPA.
