Daniel I. Waxman is the Senior Vice-President and General Counsel of KEWA Financial Inc., a financial services company in the specialty surety bonding market.  Prior to joining KEWA, Daniel spent twelve (12) years as a partner at mid-size regional law firm, primarily representing debtors, secured creditors and other parties-in-interest in chapter 11 bankruptcy cases.  Daniel continues to represent KEWA, and its subsidiaries, in restructuring matters, with a focus on the energy sector.  Daniel has been named a Kentucky Super Lawyer in bankruptcy each year since 2013 and currently serves as the Education Director for the American Bankruptcy Institute Health Care Committee.  Daniel is a regular presenter at restructuring and/or energy conferences and is the author of numerous articles on restructuring topics.  Daniel is a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law, Magna Cum Laude, Order of the Coif, and is a native of Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.

Refunds and Cancellations Policy—Cancellations made 3 or more days prior to a webinar are eligible for a refund, less a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 3 days prior to a webinar. Substitutions are allowed with written notice at least 3 days in advance of the webinar.
