-Mr. Malhotra is the leader of EY’s Restructuring and Turnaround practice in the US

-Nearly 20 years of financial and operational restructuring representing stakeholders throughout the capital structure including boards, debtors and secured/unsecured creditors;

-Extensive experience in developing plans of reorganization and negotiating restructuring solutions in/out of bankruptcy;

-Deal experience has included expert testimony, distressed M&A, business plan development, liquidity management, operational turnarounds, profit improvement, stakeholder negotiations, etc.
