Mr. Jackson is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Chicago office, where he is a member of the Financial Restructuring Group. He has nearly 20 years of experience with in-court and out-of-court transactions, including complex restructurings, exchange offers and distressed mergers and acquisitions. He has helped represent distressed companies or their creditors in financial restructuring situations in a variety of industries. Recent notable healthcare experience includes Adeptus Health, Oconee Regional Health System, Daughters of Charity Health System, West Penn Allegheny Health System, Forum Health, Linden Ponds and The Clare at Water Tower, among others.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey in 2003, Mr. Jackson worked in the business recovery services groups of FTI Consulting and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Mr. Jackson holds a B.S. in commerce with a concentration in finance from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia. He is registered with FINRA as a General Securities Representative (Series 7 and 63).
