William J. Holley ("Bill") is a partner in the Atlanta office of Parker, Hudson, Rainer & Dobbs LLP. Mr. Holley concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation, with particular emphasis in the areas of banking, finance, securities, real estate, significant tort, and class action defense. He has successfully represented Fortune 50 companies, national and state banks, notable individuals, and others in their most important trials, arbitrations and appeals. Mr. Holley has tried more than 80 jury trials and argued appeals in jurisdictions throughout the United States. His cases address a wide variety of legal issues and are often brought in mass or class actions. Mr. Holley has been on the forefront in defending claims arising from alleged data breaches and in addressing insurance coverage disputes arising from such claims. In his 33 year career, Mr. Holley has served as a federal prosecutor, defense counsel in both civil and criminal matters, and plaintiff's counsel.
Mr. Holley is a Fellow in the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers and has been recognized as a leading business litigator by Chambers USA, a leader in banking and commercial litigation by The Best Lawyers in America, a Georgia Super Lawyer by Law & Politics and Atlanta magazine, and one of Georgia's "legal elite" by Georgia Trend magazine.
Mr. Holley earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Vanderbilt Law Review, and his A.B., Magna cum laude, from Duke University. He lives in Atlanta and is active in numerous civic and charitable organizations, including service as a national board member for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Written cancellation for the conference or any excursions must be received by midnight on Monday, May 13, 2019 for a full refund less a $75 cancellation processing fee. No refunds will be given after May 13, 2019; substitutions are allowed.
