Lauren McNair is an associate with Green & Sklarz, LLC, a law firm in New Haven, Connecticut specializing in bankruptcy, insolvency and workouts, civil and criminal taxpayer representation, commercial litigation and estate planning. Lauren’s practice is primarily focused on representing individuals and businesses in bankruptcy proceedings, bankruptcy litigation, tax litigation and commercial litigation. Lauren attended Western New England University School of Law where she graduated cum laude. She went on to obtain a Master of Laws in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center with a certification in State & Local Tax. Prior to joining Green & Sklarz, Lauren served as a law clerk to the Honorable Henry J. Boroff of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts (2014 – 2016).
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Written cancellation for the conference or any excursions must be received by midnight on Monday, May 13, 2019 for a full refund less a $75 cancellation processing fee. No refunds will be given after May 13, 2019; substitutions are allowed.
