Robert L. Nistendirk
Woomer, Nistendirk & Associates, PLLC
Robert Nistendirk is a member of Woomer, Nistendirk & Associates, Certified Public Accountants, in Charleston, West Virginia. He specializes in providing accounting, tax and advisory services.
Robert has been employed in hundreds of bankruptcy cases. His bankruptcy experience includes accounting, forensics, liquidation, reorganization, solvency, succession planning, taxation and valuation. He has served as accountant, examiner, expert witness, plan manager, liquidating trustee and qualified settlement fund trustee.
Robert’s industry exposure includes advertising, agriculture, attorneys, construction, manufacturing, mining, physicians, public relations, real estate, restaurants, transportation and warehousing, wholesale and retail trade.
Robert earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the West Virginia Society of CPAs.
Robert is a regular speaker at Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors conferences. Bob boasts he has been attending AIRA conferences since before it was AIRA (25 years in 2017!).
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Written cancellation for the conference or any excursions must be received by midnight on Monday, May 13, 2019 for a full refund less a $75 cancellation processing fee. No refunds will be given after May 13, 2019; substitutions are allowed.
