As a federal prosecutor with over 13 years of experience, Kevin thrives at the intersection of law, justice, and strategy. From high-stakes real estate fraud and darknet investigations to recovering hundreds of millions of dollars for victims through asset forfeiture efforts, Kevin brings precision, determination, and a results-driven mindset to every case. He has led investigations and prosecutions of violations involving federal regulatory frameworks, including AML, BSA, OFAC, and KYC requirements, uncovering risks and ensuring enforcement to safeguard financial systems and combat illicit activity. As the District Election Officer, Kevin spearheads voting and election fraud enforcement, upholding compliance and ensuring the integrity of our democratic processes. His appellate advocacy includes successfully arguing cases before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, advancing impactful legal precedents with sharp, strategic arguments.  Kevin received his law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and his A.B. from Brown University where he was also on the Brown Football Team.
