Chelsea A. Grayson is the former CEO and board member of American Apparel (NYSE: APP), True Religion Jeans and Spark Networks (NASDAQ: LOV). Currently, Ms. Grayson is a Managing Director of Pivot Group and sits on the board of directors of Beyond Meat (NASDAQ: BYND), XponentialFitness (NYSE: XPOF), Bedrock Manufacturing Company (owner of Shinola and Filson) and Sunrider International.  Among other past board positions, Ms. Grayson was a member of the boards of directors of Morphe Cosmetics (Forma Brands), Sugarfina, Inc., Delta Dental and iHerb. Ms. Grayson was also an Executive-in-Residence with Wunderkind, a leading marketing technologies firm. Ms. Grayson is a Board Leadership Fellow and a Corporate Governance Fellow with the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD). She is a member of the Board of Advisors for the Department of English at the University of California, Los Angeles.
