Jolene Wee is Managing Director and Founder of JWI. Prior to starting JWI in 2012, she began her restructuring career at a publicly-held global management consulting company in its New York City office 15 years ago. She is a subchapter V Chapter 11 trustee in Region 2 covering Eastern and Southern districts of New York and Region 4 covering Maryland, the District of Columbia and the Eastern district of Virginia.

Ms. Wee has served as a trustee, financial advisor, forensic consultant, and valuation advisor. Her past engagements have included representing Chapter 11 debtors and creditor committees, fiduciaries, distressed companies, high net worth individuals, and public agencies on restructuring, bankruptcy, litigation, fraud, financing, merger, and buyout matters. She has also performed fraudulent transfer analyses and

business valuations on bankruptcy litigation matters. The American Bankruptcy Institute recently named Jolene as an honoree of its 2020 “40 Under 40” class, which identifies 40 top industry professionals under age 40. In 2018, she was named Valuation Adviser of the Year by Finance Monthly Global Awards.

Using her mathematics and computer science background, Jolene deploys large scale data analytics to derive forward-looking business insights based on her professional training in accounting, finance, and economics. Her case experience included companies in the banking, e- commerce, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, real estate, retail and technology industries with revenues of up to $15B. Her notable Chapter 11 bankruptcy matters include Aleris International, Smurfit-Stone Container, 1031 Tax Group, Blue Water Automotive, and Hawkeye Gold.

Ø Jolene is serving as Chapter 11 Trustee to an automotive financing company.

Ø (Engagement lead/fiduciary) Forensics consultant to ad-hoc committee, investor group of a large failed international investment scheme. Ms. Wee is serving as the fiduciary/representative.

Ø (Lead advisor) Financial advisor to large privately-held healthcare network on out-of- court restructuring. Jolene led the engagement.
