Allen Soong is a co-founder of Paladin, a national middle-market restructuring advisory firm. Allen has over twenty years of experience serving in advisory and CRO roles, leading stakeholders through complex financial and operational transitions across a variety of industries. In partnership with his clients, Allen leads thoughtfully from the front, helping them confidently navigate the restructuring process, both in and out of court.

Leveraging his broad consulting experience across strategy, financial advisory, and operational restructuring, Allen has led clients through transitions across a variety of industries. He brings his vision, skills and energy to solve complex challenges in collaborative partnership with clients. Allen leads thoughtfully from the front, helping his clients confidently navigate the restructuring process, both in and out of court.

Allen launched his career with McKinsey and held leadership and management roles with Deloitte and CRG Partners before co-founding Paladin.

Allen received his B.A. from Harvard University.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Written cancellation for the conference or any excursions must be received by midnight on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 for a full refund less a $150 cancellation processing fee. No refunds will be granted after May 17, 2023, but substitutions will be allowed.

National Registry of CPE Sponsors

"Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors" is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
