Founder and CEO

Louis Feldstein is the Founder and CEO of Dynamic Change Solutions, LLC, a consulting practice focused on strengthening mission-driven businesses, nonprofits, faith-based organizations, and academic institutions.  Lou brings over three decades of practical experience and professional training to facilitate improved performance in the areas of business and strategic planning, governance, operations and philanthropy. Since launching the firm twelve years ago, he has worked with over two hundred organizations in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. As part of the practice, he also coaches CEO’s, senior level professionals, clergy and organizational presidents.

Prior to starting his firm, Lou served as the CEO and in a variety of other senior level positions throughout the non-profit sector. A native of San Francisco, who makes his home in St. Petersburg, FL. he is a dynamic and popular educator, facilitator, lecturer and Scholar-in-Residence speaking to, consulting with, and facilitating workshops for numerous business groups, non-profit, campus, and religious organizations. Lou has been awarded an honorary doctorate from his alma mater in 2012 for twenty-five years of service to the non-profit sector and has been published in a number of secular and faith-based publications, served as a content consultant for a computer game company and appeared on 20/20 as a subject matter expert.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Written cancellation for the conference or any excursions must be received by midnight on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 for a full refund less a $150 cancellation processing fee. No refunds will be granted after May 17, 2023, but substitutions will be allowed.

National Registry of CPE Sponsors

"Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors" is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
