Spencer Ware has over 20 years of experience in corporate turnaround and restructuring. Spencer’s work as Chief Restructuring Officer (“CRO”) at Eastern Outfitters was recognized by M&A Advisor, Turnaround Atlas, and received the Turnaround Management Association’s Mid-Sized Transaction of the Year Award. He was recognized by M&A Advisor as the 2022 Turnaround Consultant of the year, by the American Bankruptcy Institutes in their 40 Under 40 list of outstanding young professionals and received leadership awards from the New York Institute of Credit and the M&A Advisor.

As a leader of domestic and international teams, Spencer has represented, & negotiated with, diverse key stakeholder groups, including corporations, JV’s, boards, senior executives, and creditors ranging from lenders to suppliers.

Spencer has served in a number of interim executive roles including CEO of BH Cosmetics, Chief Restructuring Officer of BH Cosmetics, Eastern Mountain Sports and Bob Stores. He also served as interim Treasurer at JC Penney’s during their restructuring.

Spencer has extensive experience in financial analysis including strategic business planning, liquidity analysis, recapitalization efforts including covenant negotiations, and in-court and out of court restructurings.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Written cancellation for the conference or any excursions must be received by midnight on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 for a full refund less a $150 cancellation processing fee. No refunds will be granted after May 17, 2023, but substitutions will be allowed.
