Managing Director

Jordan is a Managing Director in EY’s Turnaround & Restructuring group. He brings 20 years of experience advising clients on preparing business plans, executing financial and operational turnarounds, managing liquidity, assessing product and segment profitability, valuing and monetizing assets, and negotiating agreements. He advises clients in complex situations across a broad range of industries and works collaboratively with management teams, Boards of Directors, and other stakeholders and advisors. Jordan joined EY in 2019 from Alvarez & Marsal, where he worked for over 10 years on restructuring situations. Prior to A&M, he spent 9 years at Citi working on internal strategy and acquisitions, as well as advising external clients on transactions. Prior to Citi, he worked at Bankers Trust underwriting and structuring principal investments in distressed commercial real estate.

Jordan earned a B.A. in Economics from University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Written cancellation for the conference or any excursions must be received by midnight on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 for a full refund less a $150 cancellation processing fee. No refunds will be granted after May 17, 2023, but substitutions will be allowed.

State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
