Randye Soref focuses her practice on distressed companies approaching every matter from a practical and successful endgame view. She has a national practice representing clients in all areas of corporate restructurings and bankruptcy litigation, including reorganizations, corporate workouts, creditor's rights, and assignments for the benefit of creditors.  

Randye represents chapter 11 debtors, creditors’ and equity security holder committees, creditors, sellers, buyers liquidating trustees, as well as other significant parties in interest. Notable recent cases include acting as lead counsel in national retail and apparel companies, including e-commerce companies, healthcare matters involving large nationally based hospitals, health plans, health care providers, and skilled nursing facilities and cases with significant intellectual property assets. Randye's services include loan workouts, negotiating and documenting debtor-in-possession financing, plan confirmation, 363 sales, obtaining relief from the automatic stay, assignments for the benefit of creditors and successfully litigating multi-million dollar post-confirmation liquidating trust claims.

Randye was recognized as one of the 2022 Top 100 Lawyers by the Los Angeles Business Journal and named "Bankruptcy Lawyer of the Year" by the Century City Bar Association in 2021. She received the 13th Annual Americas Atlas Awards, Chapter 11 Restructuring Deal of the Year for her representation of the creditors’ committee in In re Astria Health, et al. and was the winner of the 13th Annual M&A Atlas Awards, Cross-Border Turnaround Deal of the Year (Large Markets) for her representation of the creditors’ committee in In re Yueting Jia.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Written cancellation for the conference or any excursions must be received by midnight on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 for a full refund less a $150 cancellation processing fee. No refunds will be granted after May 17, 2023, but substitutions will be allowed.
