John Ventola is co-chair of the Choate, Hall & Stewart’s Finance & Restructuring Group and represents banks, BDCs and unregulated lenders in complex, multi-tranche financial transactions, including asset based, cash flow, Term B, second-lien, DIP and mezzanine loans and preferred stock and other junior capital investments. Much of John’s work centers on representing lenders in transactions with distressed borrowers and the specific challenges associated with potential bankruptcy filings or liquidations. He has particularly deep experience negotiating intercreditor arrangements involving multiple layers of debt and lien priorities. John has practiced in the industry for more than 20 years and has been named one of the world’s leading bankruptcy attorneys by Guide to the World's Leading Insolvency and Restructuring Lawyers. He is recognized as a leader in his field by Chambers USA and Best Lawyers in America and is named a Massachusetts Super Lawyer.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Written cancellation for the conference or any excursions must be received by midnight on Monday, May 13, 2019 for a full refund less a $75 cancellation processing fee. No refunds will be given after May 13, 2019; substitutions are allowed.
