Morgan Klinzing is an associate in the Tax Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Philadelphia office. Ms. Klinzing’s practice focuses on federal, state and international income tax, with a focus on the private equity arena and pass-throughs. She represents clients in domestic and cross border M&A, fund formation and structuring, reorganizations and partnership agreements. Ms. Klinzing is chair of the Young Lawyers Forum of the Tax Section of the American Bar Association and a frequent speaker on a variety of transactional tax matters.
