Lynne B. Xerras is a partner in the Boston office of Holland & Knight, LLP and a key member of the firm's Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Creditors' Rights team of professionals within the Litigation practice group. Her practice is primarily focused on advising clients across a wide array of industries regarding federal bankruptcy law and state law remedies in the event of insolvency. Ms. Xerras has extensive experience representing corporate debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, creditors' committees, and prospective purchasers in Chapter 11 proceedings before the United States Bankruptcy Courts. She also frequently prosecutes and defends avoidance actions and claims involving breach of fiduciary duty, and represents local nonprofit organizations in financial distress as well as individual debtors on a pro bono basis.
