Patrick M. Birney is a Partner at Robinson & Cole LLP (Robinson+Cole) and co-chair of the firm’s Business Reorganizations, Bankruptcy, and Creditors' Rights group. Since 1998, Patrick has focused his practice on complex transactional, litigation, and advisory work related to the debtor/creditor relationship. Patrick received his B.A from the University of Dayton, his M.B.A. from Loyola University of Chicago, his J.D. from the University of New Hampshire School of Law, and his L.L.M. in Bankruptcy from St. John's University School of Law. Patrick is a contributing editor and writer for the ABI Journal, has contributed to the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review, and is a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of the Norton Journal of Bankruptcy Law and Practice. When not focused on insolvency-related endeavors, Patrick serves as Vice Chair of both the Connecticut Lottery Corporation and the Public Utilities Commission of Wallingford, Connecticut.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Written cancellation for the conference or any excursions must be received by midnight on Monday, May 13, 2019 for a full refund less a $75 cancellation processing fee. No refunds will be given after May 13, 2019; substitutions are allowed.

National Registry of CPE Sponsors

"Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors" is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
