Biography
Jacob is a founding member of Capstone Headwaters and currently is the Co-Head of Investment Banking as well as the head of the Education & Training Practice. As part of his practice, Jacob has worked with numerous for-profit, non-profit and public colleges and universities on strategic planning, liquidity alternatives, conversions and acquisitions. Some past clients include Heald College, the TCS Education System, Neumont University, Expression College of Digital Arts, Pacific College, Triumph Higher Education, Penn Foster, Lon Morris College, among several others.
Prior to Capstone, Jacob was with Andersen Corporate Finance, where he focused his efforts on the software and direct marketing industries. He started his career in New York City with Rabobank International, a multi?national Dutch investment bank in Utrecht, the Netherlands. While at Rabobank International, Jacob worked in the mergers and acquisitions group focusing on cross?border transactions in South and Latin America in the consumer products, food & beverage industries.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Written cancellation for the conference or any excursions must be received by midnight on Monday, May 13, 2019 for a full refund less a $75 cancellation processing fee. No refunds will be given after May 13, 2019; substitutions are allowed.
