Elliot Ross is a Vice President in Evercore’s Restructuring and Debt Advisory Group.

Mr. Ross has advised companies, creditors, investors and financials sponsors on a wide range of Chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings, capital raises, and distressed M&A.  Mr. Ross’s engagements have ranged across various industries, including business services, energy, industrials, and retail.  Notable recent assignments in the grocery sector include:

· Tops Supermarkets on its successful chapter 11 restructuring and recapitalization involving approximately $1 billion in debt

· Southeastern Grocers on its prepackaged chapter 11 involving the restructuring of over $1.5 billion in debt, capital raise of over $1 billion in debt, and footprint optimization that included the sale of approximately 50 stores

· The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company (A&P) on its chapter 11 process and section 363 sale process of approximately 200 stores

Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Ross was an attorney at Skadden Arps, practicing in the areas of Corporate Restructuring and M&A.  Prior to law school, Mr. Ross worked at Ernst & Young, where he practiced as a CPA.

Mr.  Ross has a J.D. (magna cum laude, Order of the Coif) from Fordham Law, an M.S. in Accounting from the University of Virginia, and a B.B.A. from Emory University.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Written cancellation for the conference or any excursions must be received by midnight on Monday, May 13, 2019 for a full refund less a $75 cancellation processing fee. No refunds will be given after May 13, 2019; substitutions are allowed.
